  • Join on the Everhart Express for our first trip to the world-famous Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum in New York City!

    Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright and opened in 1959, the museum’s landmark spiral structure offers a uniquely immersive viewing experience that has made the building itself a global destination.

    The museum houses extensive collections of Impressionist, Post-Impressionist, early Modern, and contemporary works from artists including Pablo Picasso, Paul Klee, Jackson Pollock, and Wassily Kandinsky, and is recognized for shaping global conversations around modern art.

    Enjoy a full day at The Guggenheim, or do a quick sweep through the museum, and spend the rest of the afternoon at one of the countless wonderful restaurants and museums within walking distance.

    The cost includes the bus trip, tip for the driver, and admission to The Guggenheim.

  • Itinerary

    • Depart from the Everhart Museum in Scranton at 8:30 a.m. (Arrive by 8:15 a.m.)
    • Drop off at The Guggenheim at approximately 11 a.m.
    • Pick up at The Guggenheim at 5 p.m.
    • Return to the Everhart Museum in Scranton at approximately 7:30 p.m.

    Note: Lunch is not included, so please plan accordingly. There are two dining locations within The Guggenheim–The Wright and Guggenheim Museum Cafe–as well as many cafés and restaurants within walking distance.
