For over a century, the Everhart has relied on the public’s generosity in building its collections, and we continue to accept gifts that enhance it.

However, there is a careful process in place for assessing whether an object should be accepted, as not all objects fit with the Museum’s mission or otherwise effectively augment its collections.

While your generosity is greatly appreciated, it is necessary to contact us in advance for any potential donations. Please do not attempt to leave objects at the Museum without prior approval, as we cannot accept them at that point.

If you would like to offer an artwork or artifact to the Museum, please contact collections@everhart-museum.org with images and information on your potential gift. You will receive a timely response regarding your request. If your gift is not the right fit for the Museum, we may be able to connect you with another institution that can further assist you.

The Everhart does not provide appraisals for items.
