Chakra Yoga with Mindy Hill

Everhart Museum 1901 Mulberry St., Scranton, PA, United States

Join us for Chakra Yoga with Mindy Hill, and unblock your chakras in order to achieve perfect harmony between the physical body, mind, and spirit! While the body may appear solid to the touch, we are nothing more than pure energy. “Chakra” is a Sanskrit word that means “wheel” or “circle,” and it originates from the ancient Indian yoga system. There are seven chakras in the human body, which serve as the main energy systems of the body, running along the backbone from the base of the spine to the crown of our head. Featuring postures for each chakra, breathwork, and sacred chants, this class is designed to help move our fears and insecurities out of the lower chakras to the higher vibrating chakras so that we can live life as intended, with joy, love and meaning.
