Detox Yoga to Reset Body, Mind and Spirit

Springtime invites us to add more heat to our yoga through fluid movement, vinyasa, and twists, so join us for Revitalizing Spring Yoga Flow with Mindy Hill of Yoga with Mindy in the Museum’s Main Gallery. Flow is a practice that will generate warmth to help move lymph, increase circulation of blood and prana (life-force energy), and clear a foggy mind.

Register today!  The $10 registration fee includes Museum entry after class.

ABOUT MINDY

Mindy discovered yoga while working full time in retail and raising her children. She began taking classes at a local studio. At first, she’d join class twice a week, but within six months, she was practicing every single day and actually taking time off work early to catch sessions with his favorite instructor.

Twenty five years later the passion has grown to become a lifestyle. Mindy has turned her passion into a career of helping others through physical and emotional challenges in life. She went on to train not only as a yoga instructor, but also a yoga therapist specializing in grief yoga and a personal trainer and wellness coach.
