    Join us for the third annual Everhart Uncorked as we explore the renowned wine regions of America's West Coast, including Napa Valley, California and Willamette Valley, Oregon, through a spectacular variety of food-and-wine pairings. As always, this is an evening not to miss!

    This year's event is moving to the amazing Constantino’s Catering venue in Clarks Summit, but we'll be taking a little piece of the Everhart Museum along with us, as selected artworks from the Everhart's collection will be displayed to complement the evening.

    Uncorked's seven pairings this year will be curated by sommeliers Yvonne Cavalieri, Brandon Giles, and Trip Sandifer of Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits and chef Larry Nicolais, Jr., of Constantino's. The evening will be backdropped by fine music provided by a Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic String Trio. Also returning is an auction of priceless items and one-of-a-kind experiences to further support the Everhart's mission.
