Co-Op Farmer’s Market–Located in Scranton, the only open-air, grow-your-own market of its kind in Northeastern PA, bringing fresh foods direct from farms to consumers.

The Greenhouse Project–A nonprofit greenhouse, nursery, and education center in Nay Aug Park growing organic and heirloom plants and teaching gardening of edible plants as well as native perennials and annuals.

Endless Roots Farm–A family-run regenerative farm in Northeastern PA offering vegetables, wild-crafted herbs, teas, and farm-fresh eggs without synthetic fertilizers or pesticides.

Clum Family Farms–Farm specializing in beekeeping, vegetable gardens, maple syrup operations, and hosting farm tours.

Pittston Ketchup–All-natural ketchup made in the Tomato Capital of the World. 

Spring Hills Farm –A working organic family farm in North Abington Township focused on sustainable practices and nature conservation.

Willow Wisp Organic Farm–Located in the Upper Delaware River Valley, growing diverse vegetables, herbs, and cut flowers using organic practices.

Old School Farm–Located just north of Honesdale (Northern Wayne County, near Lackawanna border), this farm uses “beyond organic” methods to grow nutrient-dense produce available via CSA and seasonal market.

Two Creek Farm–In Northern Wayne County (Lakewood), a USDA-certified regenerative organic farm offering garlic, seed garlic, pasture-raised eggs and chicken, with CSA options and a farm store.

The Big G Organic Farm–Produces organic goat cheese, fudge, soaps & lotions, lamb and goat meat, and eggs—situated in Wayne County.

Hoppy’s Produce–Located in Falls, PA (Luzerne area), they offer a wide variety of fruits and vegetables via farm sales, CSA, and farmers markets.

The Lands at Hillside Farms–A nonprofit historic dairy and educational farm in Shavertown promoting sustainable and practical farm life.

Rodale Institute’s Pocono Organics (Pocono Organic Center)–Located in Long Pond, PA; the largest regenerative organic certified vegetable farm in North America and producer of the world’s first regenerative organic certified hemp.

Forks Farm–Based in Luzerne County and noted for regenerative, chemical-free agriculture since 1992.
