7 to 8 p.m. Dinner: Four course dinner of locally-sourced foods and open bar in the Lace Banquet Hall
8 to 10 p.m. Post-Dinner: More music, silent auction, and fun activities in the Lace Courtyard

Salad Course: Charred beet and burrata salad with baby greens, toasted hazelnuts, pickled red onion, and a blackberry-balsamic glaze
Pasta Course: Ricotta gnudi with spring peas, mint, Meyer lemon butter, and shaved Parmesan
Main Course: Herb-crusted pork tenderloin with roasted garlic jus, grilled stone fruit, and a warm potato and leek hash
* Vegetarian Option: Roasted cauliflower steak with lemon garlic tahini yogurt sauce and mint chimi with toasted pistachios
Dessert: Everhart honey-thyme olive oil cake with mascarpone cream, roasted apricots, and a honey tuile made from honey produced by the Everhart Museum bee colony
