Scranton Half Prep Yoga with Mindy Hill

Whether you plan to run, walk, or even just watch the Scranton Half Marathon on Sunday, April 6, there will be no better way to start your final preparation day than with a relaxing and restorative yoga session. Flow yoga invites us to add more heat to our yoga through fluid movement, vinyasa, and twists. Cupid Shuffle Film Screening

In partnership with Marywood Films, the Everhart Museum is pleased to present the original film Cupid Shuffle, and a panel discussion with the creators afterwards. The second film entirely written, shot, performed, produced, directed, and edited through the combined effort of over 30 Marywood students, Cupid Shuffle is a romantic comedy about two college-aged students with a supernatural twist. Marywood Films would like to thank the Everhart Museum for hosting their screening and giving the greater Scranton audience a chance to see this locally made film. This event is open to the public to attend and is free with museum admission.

City Nature Challenge Workshop with Matt Schultz

Join us for an info session and workshop on the 2025 City Nature Challenge (CNC), free with regular Museum admission. Led by local naturalist and regional CNC coordinator Matt Schultz, this session will introduce you to iNaturalist, a free app that helps you document biodiversity in your community. After a brief introduction, we’ll head to Nay Aug Park to put your skills into action! The City Nature Challenge is a global event happening April 25–28, where citizen scientists worldwide record observations of local wildlife. Don’t miss this chance to contribute to a global biodiversity project! The CNC is organized by the Natural History Museum of LA County and the California Academy of Sciences. Easter Basket Collage Workshop

Hop into spring with a fun, Easter-themed craft at the Everhart Museum! Drop in anytime between 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. to create your own unique Easter basket collage. Using pre-cut basket shapes, you’ll decorate with colorful paper eggs, fun stickers, glitter, and more! Ha Ha Ha’s for the Humor Therapy Fund

Laugh to Live and Everhart present “Ha Ha Ha’s for the Humor Therapy Fund – Scranton Area Community Foundation,” a comedy show fundraiser for the Humor Therapy Fund of the Scranton Area Foundation (SAF). Join us for a hilarious evening supporting a great cause featuring comedians Jeannine Luby, Kathryn Viau, and Mary Rapach! The Humor Therapy Fund promotes laughter and humor for the therapeutic benefit of our community. Drinks will be available for purchase, with the first included with the cost of admission. In addition to a portion of comedy show proceeds being donated to the Fund, a portion of the sales of special Electric City Sweets candy bars will also be donated.
