City Nature Challenge Workshop
with Matt Schultz
Friday, April 19
1:00 p.m.–3:00 P.M.
Join us for an info session and workshop on the 2025 City Nature Challenge (CNC), free with regular Museum admission.
Led by local naturalist and regional CNC coordinator Matt Schultz, this session will introduce you to iNaturalist, a free app that helps you document biodiversity in your community. After a brief introduction, we’ll head to Nay Aug Park to put your skills into action!
The City Nature Challenge is a global event happening April 25–28, where citizen scientists worldwide record observations of local wildlife. Don’t miss this chance to contribute to a global biodiversity project!
The CNC is organized by the Natural History Museum of LA County and the California Academy of Sciences.
