Welcome the fall season with Rakin’ in the Fun Community Day at the Everhart Museum on Saturday, October 5! In celebration of the cooler weather and vibrant Northeastern Pennsylvania foliage, the Everhart is hosting a day of FREE admission from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and a variety of free activities and entertainment that highlight autumn traditions from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Taking place inside the Museum and outside on the grounds of beautiful Nay Aug Park, Rakin’ in the Fun will feature arts and crafts, science demonstrations, live music, a free photo booth, and much more!
Celebrate honeybees and the role of all pollinators in the harvest season at the fourth annual Honeybee & Harvest Day at the Greenhouse Project in Nay Aug Park on Sunday, October 6 from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.!
The day features harvest demonstrations, vendors, food, activities, music by DJ Jason Miller, raffle baskets, and live theatre in the park. Kicking off the day is the annual Honeybee Costume Parade where guests are invited to don their best bee costumes and march behind the Queen Bee to the sounds of The Howard Gardner Charter School Band.
