Lew Bryson has been writing about beer and spirits since 1995. He is the managing editor of Whisky Advocate magazine and the author of six books, the most recent of which is “Tasting Whiskey,” a synthesis of almost 20 years of learning, visiting, and writing about this amazing drink, the places where it’s made, and the people who make it.
On Thursday, October 22nd starting at 6:30 pm, museum visitors (age 21 and older) are invited to meet Lew Bryson and learn about the history of distilling, the Whiskey Rebellion, prohibition, and much more! Attendees will have the opportunity to sample four traditional Pennsylvania Whiskeys by Wigle, Dad’s Hat, and Manatawny. All of the specialty cheeses paired with the whiskeys are generously provided by igourmet.com.
This event is officially SOLD OUT however we will maintain a wait list in the event of any cancellations. Please call 570-346-7186 for more information.
