Join the Everhart Museum on Saturday, September 7th for an afternoon of educational demonstrations and hands-on activities focused on locally grown and produced foods. The family-friendly programs will take place at the Everhart Museum beginning at 1:00 pm.
Local presenters include: Naturalist Jane Frye, NEPA Swappers, Yoga Instructor Erin Malloy and more!
1:00 – 2:15 pm Outdoor Vinyasa Yoga with Erin Malloy
1:00 – 3:00 pm NEPA Swappers Food Swap (advanced registration is required)
1:00 – 3:00 pm Hands-on Crafts: potato stamps, button napkin rings, pressed leaf placemats
2:00 – 3:00 pm Join naturalist Jane Frye for an Edible Wild Plants Walk on the historic Davis Trail in Nay Aug Park to learn some of the area’s edible wild plants, as well as how to recognize poisonous and invasive species.
