On Saturday, July 14th from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm, the Everhart Museum hosted a Community Day with family-oriented activities focused on the current exhibit, BEEyond. Admission to these activities was included with paid general museum admission.
Scheduled Programs:
*12:00 PM, 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM
Guided exhibition tours on the hour every hour
* 1:00 PM
Free showing of the filmVanishing of the Bees followed by a Q & A with agriculturalist/beekeeper Kim Carlen
All day activities included:
*Bees, Flowers & Trees Sign Language for children demonstration with Amber Gibbs of Gabby Hands
*Community Quilt project with artist Claire Marcus
*Hands-on crafts and experiments for all ages
