EVERHART 101

The Everhart Museum, in partnership with the Art Education students of Keystone College, presents a fun-filled season of art-related classes inspired by our fall exhibit, Sidewalk Surfing: The Art and Culture of Skateboarding.  Students will create their own unique response to this exhibit using various media such as digital photography, collage, painting and sculpture.  The program is suitable for children ages 5-9 years and will take place at the Everhart Museum on four consecutive Saturday mornings.  The registration fee covers a 4-week series.

Ages: 5-9

Fee: $25/Museum members; $30/non-members

Dates: October 26, November 2, 9 & 16

Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm

EVERHART WONDER CLUB

The Everhart Museum presents: Urban Art!  This is a series of five workshops  based on theFall exhibit, idewalk Surfing: The Art and Culture of Skateboarding.   Students ages 5-9 will work in several different media to create wonderful works of art in response the the fall exhibit.  Classes will run five consecutive Friday afternoons.  The registration fee covers the cost of the entire 5-week series.

Ages: 10-14

Fee: $25/Museum members; $30/non-members

Dates:
October 4, 11, 18, 25, & November 1

Time: 3:30 pm- 5:00 pm

ARTSave

The Everhart Museum is partnering with the Northeastern Educational Intermediate Unit to offer a NEW program for pre-teens!   ARTSave is a program for middle school students.  Students will work with several Pennsylvania Council on the Arts roster artists each month to create wonderful works of art.  More information on ARTSave to come!
