Rosen Method is an easy movement program designed to increase range of motion, improve flexibility, and ease breathing. Gently using all the joints, this exercise was developed to prevent difficulties and help people age gracefully. Set to music and held in the Fine Art Gallery, Rosen Method movement is a fun way to find well-being in a social, dance-like atmosphere.
Rosen Method is held on Thursdays from 2:00-3:00 pm. Admission is free to Everhart Museum members, $6/class for all others. Participants must pre-register for the course and class size is limited. For more information or to register please call 570-346-7186 or email general.information@everhart-museum.org.
PLEASE NOTE: Rosen Method is currently on a winter break and will resume on Thursday February 2, 2012, 2:00-3:00 pm. The 2012 series will then continue through November 15th.
