Rosen Method is an easy movement program designed to increase range of motion, improve flexibility, and ease breathing. Gently using all the joints, this exercise was developed to prevent difficulties and help people age gracefully. Set to music and held in various galleries throughout the museum, Rosen Method movement is a fun way to find well-being in a social, dance-like atmosphere. Rosen Method movement is held on Thursdays from 11:00 am to Noon. Admission is free to Everhart Museum members, $6/class for all others.
