You are invited and encouraged to attend an information session on January 14th at 2:00 PM at the Everhart Museum to learn about ARTS MARKETING AND AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT IN THE 21ST CENTURY: BUILDING THE CAPACITY OF PA’S CULTURAL SECTOR program. This two-year capacity-building program aims to support, strengthen and advance the arts marketing and audience engagement skills of PA’s arts and culture professionals.
Created by the National Arts Marketing Project of Americans for the Arts and funded by the Pennsylvania Council on the arts, this initiative was designed to help our nonprofit sector consistently achieve increased and more engaged audiences; address long-term declining arts participation; and assist arts and cultural organizations – particularly those within diverse communities – in attracting and retaining expanded audiences.
Join us for a free, two-hour, in-person information session with Ruby Lopez Harper from Americans for the Arts and Norah Johnson from Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and learn what is required to complete a successful 2018 application and see if this program fits your goals. Program details, selection criteria and the application process will be covered. A digital informational session will be available for those who cannot attend in person.
